    After having a delicious dinner I was told “another happy kilo” on the ribs and hips. By now these are 15 kilos too much. I can’t call it “happy” any more.
    (for Germans 1 kilo is 2 pounds, so 15 kilos are 30 pounds)
    I was more and more unhappy with this situation.

    I found LT. Colonel Bob Weinstein’s great book with its advices about how to lose these unhappy kilos. I tried it . . . it works. I started to ban candies, chocolate, cake, eat vegetables and fruit (fruit not too much because of the hidden sugar) . . . and to walk a lot (no car or bus!), to jog and do exercises as shown in the book every day. The result is . . . I can wear my favourite trousers again . . . hurray! Beside that, I feel much fitter. I’ll go on with my new healthy life.

    The book is a good guide for everyone and every age (I’m 60!). It’s a must to have it and to follow the advices. Thank you Health-Colonel Bob Weinstein!

    Brilliantly written, easy to follow plan to lose twenty pounds in ten weeks. If you’re a serious looker of plans or guides to losing weight or just someone trying to keep it off then get this book.
    It’s easy to follow with graphs, diagrams, menu suggestions and so much more. Best of all, you don’t have to have any fancy equipment and it’s worded very simply. I found it a wonderful addition and a huge help.
