I’ve been listening to this CD for the past 6 months, and I have to admit, after a month, I STILL had not lost weight, but I just kept listening, at least twice a day (afternoon and night). And, low-and-behold, after about 3 months “It” kicked in. I started losing weight, didn’t eat NEAR as much nor did I think about food as much and when I did, I thought, “What would be a healthier choice?” and I made those choices.
Now, after 6 months, I’ve lost 45 lbs. Down from a size 18 to a size 12, and I will continue to listen to the CD.
I have recently purchased “The Joy of Exercise” by the same author and have been listening for 2 months, still have not gotten back on the stationary bike, but I find that I am much more active with day-time chores. I believe after a few weeks, I will be back on the bike, toning and feeling even better than I do now.
I highly recommend these CD’s for whatever your needs are.
