Weight Loss in 21 Days with Detox

Many people are frustrated because they always failed after trying various methods of dieting. After torturing themselves with not eating, the weight still does not go down. Even if successful in losing weight, results are usually temporary and the body fat returns.

The principle is to avoid foods that are acidic (acid), toxic, processed (refined) such as: wheat, potatoes, red meat, alcohol, and dairy products.
