    Madelyn Fernstrom’s book “The Real Diet” is a breath of fresh air. I have read numerous diet books and most of them say the exact same things. The new perspective Madelyn gives in this edition is insightful and very helpful. It’s easy to understand and gets my motivation going because it seems so doable. I hope to be able to follow her guidelines after I have my first baby in a few weeks. It’s great advice — Love the book!

    Isn’t it interesting that all these raving reveiws were written on 1/8 and 1/9, and all of the folks who wrote these reviews did’t write ANY other reviews of any other books EVER. . . seems fishy. . .

    Madelyn Fernstrom’s book, “The Real You Diet” is fabulous. I love the whole book. I especially enjoy and find relateable the section titled “Behavioral Tools”. It is extremely helpful, and the language is easy to understand while the information is helpful and useful. I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants a REAL approach to losing weight, an understanding about safe weight loss, and a reality based program. Love it!
