Successful Diet In Office
Did you know that sitting and working in front of a computer all day while snacking is not only making you fatter but is also detrimental to your health? Little body movement and a mouth that does not stop snacking will surely make your body weight increase progressively.
Why should you not use your desk as a potential area for diet so you not blame your job and of course yourself. Here’s how:
Learn to eat wisely
Most people do the same thing at work, which provides snacks and sweet drinks on the table. If you are one of them, try to think wise now. Avoid putting food on the table, if necessary paste a post-it on your computer screen with messages that encourage you to continue to eat healthy while at work. If you can not do this, provide only pieces of fresh fruit, such as apple, papaya or oranges.
Drinking Water
Always try to drink water at least eight glasses every day. And try to always keep a fresh bottle of mineral water at your desk all day. This is a highly effective way to calculate how much water you consume.
Move your Body!
Move your body, even if only for ten minutes. Get up from your desk, move whenever you have time.
Organize your lunch
To be sure with your health and the number of calories for lunch, you should bring lunch from home with the menu that you have planned before. If forced to eat lunch outside the office, then subtract your meal into half only.
Ask friends for help
Ask friends to always remind you. It would be nice if you have a friend that has same problem as you, that is the problem with weight. Establishing a close relationship between friends will be very helpful to establish success with your diet.
