I love Slim Styles PBX products, but cannot take the meal replacements as they are made with a whey base and I cannot handle any milk products as they don’t agree with me at all. But the capsules and the granules work fine so I will stick with them.

I tried this product for the PGX. It has no flavor. I’ve tried mixing into water, blending with water and ice and even a fat free milk. Its too thick to let sit for any period of time but the main thing is it really has no flavor. It does have lots of fiber so it must be followed by regular water in large quantities. The capsule blend was a better choice for me.

Unlike the previous reviewer i found this to be very chocolaty. I use it in the morning when i don’t have time for breakfast and it controls my appetite until i can have fruit at my desk at work. Also, i have started using it half-strength at night. It keeps me from foraging for food after hours. It has lots of fiber so you don’t want to let it sit and you do want to drink at least 1 glass of water afterwards. I think it is useful to keep your eating and your bathroom habits on a regular schedule. I thought the vanilla did not taste like vanilla; bland. Am re-ordering 2 of the double chocolate today.
