I started this with the slim quick pills, the cleanse pills made my stomach hurt, made me shaky, overall did not make me feel good, did not get any cleanse benefits. Would not recommend.

took it for the first time at lunch yesterday. within 1. 5hours i had one of the worst migraines i’ve had in a long time. i was out of commission from about 2pm until 10pm (even with migraine meds), didnt want to take the second dose to chance it coming back. dont know if it was an ingredient in it, the weahter, the moon, whatever. . . but just a heads up for those who get migraines to be watchful of it.

I purchased in attempts to try and loose the last few stubborn pounds in the long process of weight loss. I had none of the “negative effects” and actually found myself eating more. Not to mention each time I got on the scale for 7 days the scale only then went in the wrong direction. I guess I’ll have to try my hand at something else and keep jogging daily very sorry I wasted my money on it.

I bought and used this product a couple of weeks ago, I used it as prescribed in the instructions. And, for me, it was a waste of money. I did not notice a difference at all. It did not “cleanse” or “detox” my body. I actually had to take a laxative the day after my week was completed because I think it had the opposite effect! Maybe if you buy the more long term product it would be different? Or maybe if I didn’t already work out and eat right? This did nothing for me.

I started on this product, per the instructions a week ago. Three days into it I was telling my co-worker that I thought it was binding me up rather than cleansing. That night I called the company to confirm I was taking it correctly. We spoke about taking it 45 minutes before eating, etc.
Two days later I still didn’t have a bm so I drank a cup of coffee.
Half an hour later, like little blue (expensive) kernels of corn, they blasted through undigested along with everything they had backed up.
At $20 a box, save your cash and go buy a 69 cent cup of coffee.
