Great pill! I’ve tried many diet pills since they’ve taken ephedrine off the market and not been happy either with the results or the many pills you have to keep popping. With this you just have to roll out of bed and take on an empty stomach and give it the time (about 20 minutes) to kick in. After that you won’t have to worry until around 8 at night when it wears off. I’m not much of a pill popper so this worked great for me. I hate pills that you have to take right before meals when you know they aren’t doing anything, but depending on the water you just drank to curb your appetite. This is not that pill. Or you have to remember to take again later in the day. I weighed 180 pounds and lost 20 in my first week with this. I make myself eat now to slow the weight loss down and skip days of taking it. Only drawback is you can’t take later in the day or you’ll never get to sleep.
