  1. I’ve had many pedometers,but this is by far my favorite. It’s more accurate and harder to lose then other brand. It’ll keep a 7 day log of your steps and has many other features. You wont have to reset it, at midnight it’ll start a new day. I wear a pedometer constantly and would recommend this one above any other.

    I bought it for my mom along with a pedometer. Seems an easy read with sensible, easy-to-follow directions. Too bad it doesn’t do the walking for her.

    The book is well written, easy to read and the right size to easily fit into your gym bag or backpack (5 1/2 X 8 1/2). Excellent ideas on setting up your own program. Relatively inexpensive.
