Molly Fox is the quintessential educator. If you have ever been in her presence, I know you would agree that she is someone extraordinary. She touches people in ways that cannot be described. She is the Patti LaBelle of the fitness world. No one can touch her. This book is from her heart and soul. To give this much information to readers is a gift. She is supportive of all levels and nurturing to everyone. Molly is an earth mother and her message is clear and consistent . . . . . do what you can and search yourself for what you can do. It is more than yoga. This book illustrates poses clearly and through the text anyone should and will find success. This book is a perfect reference book for the novice and the professional. Well done!

I’ve got two bookshelves full of great books on yoga philosophy, asana (postures), breathing, meditation, nutrition, transformational thought, etc. They all offer great stuff gleaned from both ancient wisdom and modern reality. But when I’ve looked for one book I could offer my friends and family who are not looking for advice from a Swami or Rinpoche but are seeking support in taking steps towards living their lives more fully, I’ve been stumped. Molly Fox’s Yoga Weight Loss Program offers in an absolutely delightful and digestable form a simple entry into the possibility that body is connected to soul, and compassion towards both is grounded in actions that support self care. Whether you’ve already got a yoga practice and want to share it with others who are curious or you’ve been feeling the urge to see what it’s about in the simplest terms, this book is food for thought and action you can take in nibbles or absolutely feast upon, getting a heartfelt laugh in all along the way.
