I was looking for an all natural way to lose weight. I decided to try this product. I noticed a difference in the way I felt about food right away. I stopped thinking about it so much because I didn’t feel as hungry. It was most beneficial to me at night, especially because I was a late night snacker. I have already lost weight using Hoodia, and I plan on continuing to use it. I have felt no side effects, just my appetite decreasing. I find this product very effective.

I realize that we’re all different and what doesn’t work for me may work
for you. This DID NOT work for me. Started with one tablet per day,
then 2, then 4. Still absolutely NO effect on my appetite. If you buy
it, I hope it works better for you than it did for me!
