    While the exercises on this video were simple enough for my obese friend. The production was so ridiculous it seemed like a joke. I personally use high quality exercise videos such as Jillian Michael’s and Jackie Warner. I’ve even used the Biggest Loser workouts which I think are really great, but still just a little too advanced for my friend. This video had some good reviews and I was really hoping it would be a truly good beginners forum. If anyone has any suggestions for a basic beginners instructional video, but with the production quality of the big name videos, I would be very grateful.

    This DVD has simple yet effective exercises with light weights just what I needed. Easy to learn, and fun to keep doing. Very likable instructor that gives clear instructions with a demonstration before the exercise starts making it easy to follow.

    The moves are simple, and well explained. The exercises are very concise covering all the muscle groups, the arms, shoulders, under arms, chest, upper back, back, thighs, legs, butt, abs. The beach setting is beautiful. The relaxation in the end makes me peaceful and feeling good.
    Great for beginners like me who are starting out and want a easy plain simple no nonsense lightweights exercises DVD.

    I Love it, Just what I wanted simple easy dumbbells exercises.
    The warm up, exercises and cool down is thorough and concise and easy to follow. The exercises target the thighs, arms,shoulders, back and abs and I can actually see and feel a difference.
    Sunshine explains the exercises well and shows the exercises before she starts to do them.
    I also like it that the exercise is shown from many different angles to make sure your posture is aligned, and the breathing reminders. The moves are easy and I am done before I know it and it is enjoyable. I love it that the DVD is filmed on a beautiful sunny beach.
    This DVD is very good if you are starting out on an exercise program.

    I am out of shape and wanted to do some simple exercises with dumbbells. This DVD is it. Its very simple and the exercises are easy for me to do and I feel good.
    The instructor is not a chatter box, and the voice over clearly explains and motivates, reminding me to breathe and drink water. Nicely filmed on a sunny beach background.

    The Instructor first shows how to do the exercise then she starts 2 sets of 12 reps. The exercises are shown from many different angles making it easier for me to keep proper form.
    The program is about 30 minutes which is great because I am finished before I know it.

    This DVD is very good for beginners starting out on an exercise program with light weight dumbbells.

    This beginners weights exercise DVD claims to be about 40 minutes long, but that includes a lengthy relaxation time. This DVD is perfect for my husband and me, I use 5 pound weights and he uses 10. . . It’s not too long and includes warm-up, arms, legs, and abs, cool-down. I could definitley tell a difference in all of the areas I’m working after 3 weeks of exercising every day to every other day.
