This was a very helpful tool to use with the book.

I’m 20 lbs down with an online wt loss site, but these Beck ‘tools’ have been quite a good addition.

Same song, second verse. Tells the very people who cannot eat right
that the solution to their problem is to eat the ‘right’ food and
of course exercise religiously. Might work for those who have no
gluttonous tendencies to begin with but useless for changing the heart.
Doesn’t hold a candlestick to Gwen Shamblin’s Weigh Down Workshop.
I accidentally hit the wrong button on the star ratings. I think it should
only have a 1 star rating. Sorry.

  3. I haven’t read this book yet. I bought the audio CD and listened to that and see there is a lot of work to Beck’s system and dieting plan. I put it off until later when I had more time to study and read up on this.

As a therapist I know this changing your thinking type book/CD can help me as well as others. Attended a workshop that Dr. Beck present. Excellent!

I received my “workbook” today. It is completely blank – there is nothing inside the front and back cover. . . it is 150 blank pages. And there is no phone number I can call to talk with anyone about the problem. If I send it back – which I’ve obviously got to do -I have to pay the postage to send it back. How about Amazon including a real phone number so one can talk with a real person about this type of real problem? Aggravated Consumer.
