I’m not a big fan of pill-popping but given my complete inability to lose weight due to a number of factors, I gave this a try. It actually worked pretty well for me. I didn’t weigh myself over the course of a month but I did notice my clothes fitting better and a significant decrease in appetite. Of course, your results may vary.

I bought this because a coworker recommended this but i have to say it did nothing for me, the directions are 1 capsule before breakfast and lunch, but i found myself eating more and less energy. The first few days i was nausea, jittery but it only lasted for 3 days. Its not a product i would tell a friend to purchase. I was very disappointed
