The book is more than just a weight loss book! I found it was a great motivation to help cope with other issues I was facing. Very insightful, easy reading and I can relate to many of the authors circumstances. The recipes are an added bonus. I wish it had more information about calories, carbs and such but the author did say that she wasn’t a dietitian. This is a book I will keep on my shelf. Any time I doubt myself and my ability to do something I will quickly reread it’s pages to reaffirm my ability to succeed. Including losing weight AND keeping it off.

The content of the book is very good. But, before I had even finished reading it the pages have begun falling out! I have to keep a rubber band around it to keep it together.
Also, the recipes in the back are good, but including calorie or nutritional information would be better.
