if taken correctly should not cramp. . . used for several years with out incident. I highly recommend it . . . odering again

The product did create results but the cramping and pain associated with it made me unable to continue use of it after three days. It was not effective in helping loose weight because of the discontinued use. it did help in moving the digestive process but it did not do what it was intended to do.
